NEET PG New Exam Date 2025

 NEET PG exam 2025: The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has officially released the revised schedule for NEET-PG 2025, confirming that the entrance exam will now be held on August 3, 2025, in a single shift format. The decision follows a directive from the Supreme Court of India, which mandated the change to ensure transparency and fairness in the high-stakes medical entrance test.



Why was NEET-PG 2025 postponed?

Originally scheduled for June 15, 2025, the NEET-PG examination was postponed by the Supreme Court after it rejected NBEMS’s plan to conduct the test in two shifts. The apex court termed the two-shift proposal as "arbitrary" and underlined that question papers across different shifts can never be of equal difficulty, thus potentially disadvantaging some candidates.
